Wicked Beer Mile Race Information
You MUST be over 21 to compete or register for the Wicked Beer Mile.
- $35 Early Early Bird Pricing~ Sept. 1st – December 31, 2024
- $40 Early Bird Pricing~ January 1st – March 31st, 2025
- $45 Spring Pricing~ April 1st – May 31st, 2025
- $50 Summer Pricing~ June 1st – July 4th, 2025

Event Schedule.
- 3:00-6:00 pm ~Early Packet Pick Up ~Wicked Weed Funkatorium, 147 Coxe Ave, Asheville, NC
- 9:00 am ~ 5k Awards
- 9:30 am ~ Wicked Beer Mile starts
- 10:00 am ~ Race ends / Awards
AWARDS
The top male and female finisher receives a glass beer stein award.
All finishers receive a “I Survived the Wicked Beer Mile” sticker.
Beer Mile Rules
- All beers are 12 oz and must be finished before running the next leg.
- The race starts with runners finishing their first beer and then running a lap of the velodrome (.3 miles).
- Runners repeat this drink – run pattern 3 more times.
- Beer must be drunk in a typical fashion, no shot gunning etc.
- Competitors who vomit BEFORE the finish line must complete one penalty lap at the end of the race.
- Participants MUST be over 21 and show ID at the event. (Bring your ID no matter how old you are so that you can run)
